Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Opened personal care items, teethers, bibs, and our hand-packed gift sets are final sale for hygiene reasons.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Some items ship from our partner makers, so please contact us first and we'll send you the correct return address.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
